White Wine should be consumed between 8°C and 14°C fine accompanied with plate of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, vegetables and white meat.
Rosè Wine should be consumed between 10°C and 14°C fine accompanied with plate of fish and pasta dishes with delicate sauce.
Red Wine should be consumed between 14°C and 20°C fine accompanied with red meat,wild game, cheese, in general with very tasty dishes.
